Senior Recruitment Process

Our Select the Best or 'Topgrading' interview is used exclusively for senior level recruitment. It's an in-depth interview lasting 3-4 hours which explores your work history to identify trends that match other top performers in similar roles. We look at areas such as:

  • Your personal experiences - particular successes and failures
  • How you reacted in various work situations
  • The decisions you made in previous roles and the rationale behind them
  • Your career and educational choices, and the reasons you made them
  • Your personal drivers and how these influenced your actions and the actions of others

You will be told in advance if we will be using this kind of interview, and you can talk to your recruitment contact if you'd like more information before the day.
