What's not covered

Mobile phones and gadgets that you’ve deliberately put at risk of damage, theft and/or breakdown

Loss of gadgets

Laptops, MacBooks, drones, digital cameras, video cameras, satnavs and any device that needs to be continuously plugged in to work

Cosmetic damage like dents and scratches

Mobile phones with a screen larger than seven inches (measured diagonally)

Gadgets more than five years old

The excess payable for each approved claim, including for cash settlements
