Telephone Banking is secure and confidential. You'll be given a membership number and passcode when you join that you'll need to access your account.

Using Telephone Banking

  1. Register by calling 03457 345 345(2)
  2. We’ll send you a membership number and passcode within five working days  
  3. Once you’ve got them, you can use Telephone Banking at any time by calling 0345 734 5345(2)
