Make a claim

Important information

We’ll take you to the Legal & General website to make a claim online.

Alternatively, you can make a claim by calling Legal & General on 0800 008 3032. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

You’ll need:

  • The policy number
  • Your contact details
  • The contact details of the GP or doctor for the person you’re making a claim for

To help process your claim, Legal & General might also ask you for key documents like a death certificate.
