Offer terms

These offer terms apply to third-party offers (“offers”) that you can access via Barclays. By continuing to a third-party provider via Barclays, you agree to be bound by the offer terms, along with any terms we make available to you on the offer page. You should save or print a copy of these terms for future reference.

• References in these offer terms to “Barclays” are to Barclays Bank UK Plc, and references to “us” and “we” and “our” are to Barclays
• References to “providers” are to the third parties who provide, sell and fulfil the offer
• References to “product” are to the relevant product or service that you have activated with the providers.

You can access offers for certain products through Barclays if you meet the eligibility criteria set out for that offer, such as holding a particular Barclays UK product in scope for the offer (for example, current account or mortgage). You must be a UK resident and over 18 to access our offers. You must also check if the providers have their own eligibility requirements to access their product or service. You must check the offer page for further details and terms on which the offer is made. 

What are the offers?

Offers include discounts, vouchers, access to beneficial feature sets (for example. additional functionality) and other forms of money-saving offers in relation to products or services, provided by third-party providers.

Barclays may share your personal data with a third-party provider in connection with certain offers. You should always independently assess whether an offer meets your specific needs.

For the avoidance of doubt, no product or service, that’s subject to an offer, is manufactured by or otherwise supported or endorsed by Barclays or any member of its group. Unless stated otherwise, offers can only be used once per customer and can’t be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. 

How the offers work

There are a number of ways to redeem an offer. Simply follow the instructions for each offer set out on the Barclays page where the offer appears, to redeem the offer with the third-party provider directly.

You may need to use a discount code when you pay for your item online at the third-party provider’s checkout or in store. The codes are provided by the third-party providers and are only for customers who are eligible for the offer. The provider can in their sole discretion refuse to accept the code if they do not think you are eligible.

Offers may only be valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time. If any offers are withdrawn, we are not responsible for finding alternatives. The provider may change, cancel or amend the offer at any time.

Your relationship with the provider

Each offer will be subject to its own set of terms and conditions between you and the relevant third-party provider. Please read them carefully before purchasing the product or service.

In addition, your access to and use of a third-party provider’s website may be subject to the third-party site’s terms of use (including the provider’s privacy and cookies policies).

If you decide to take up an offer, it’s the provider’s responsibility to fulfil your order (including any delivery of physical items).

If you have any queries, concerns or complaints about the offer (or the relevant product or service, and any ongoing customer servicing and contract fulfilment), you’ll need to contact the third-party provider directly. 

Limits on the role of Barclays and its liability

In addition to the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in the terms of use for the website, where we provide links or refer you to other apps, Barclays is in no way endorsing the products or services offered. Barclays is not acting as an agent of the third-party provider. Nothing in the provision of the offer constitutes credit-broking activities by Barclays.  

You should discuss any potential benefits, savings or improvements with the third-party provider before taking out the offer. We recommend that you do further research before deciding whether the product is appropriate for you.

Barclays does not provide any representation (implied or otherwise) that the information regarding the offer (or related product or service) is accurate or complete. And, in the event of any inconsistency with information provided by the third-party provider, information provided to you by the third-party provider shall take priority (for which the third party is solely responsible).

Offers are subject to availability. Barclays does not guarantee fulfilment of the offer, nor does Barclays guarantee that the offer constitutes the best price or terms available in the market (and you should always check to see if you can get a better offer elsewhere).
