How do I control what information I see about Barclays products and services?

We may use personal data, such as your email address or recent transactions, to send you information on products and services that we think you’ll be interested in. You can choose whether you’d like to receive this information and how you’d like to hear from us.

Online Banking

Log in to Online Banking and go to the dropdown menu under your name in the top right of the homepage. Open 'Marketing preferences' under 'My preferences' and make the changes you’d like.

Barclays Mobile Banking

Tap ‘More’ at the bottom of the screen and open ‘Settings’ followed by 'Marketing choices'.

Call us1 on 0345 7345 345. If we can’t help you by phone (or if we need supporting information), we may ask you to visit a branch. Lines are open Monday to Sunday from 7am to 11pm.
