What ID documents do I need to take to a branch?
If you’re applying for an account in a branch or local community site, you’ll need to show us two valid, original documents – one to prove your identity and one to verify your address.
Proof of identity
- Passport
- UK driving licence
Proof of address
- UK driving licence (If you haven’t used this to prove your ID)
- UK bank statement (dated within the last three months)
- Utility company bill or letter (dated within the last three months)
