Can I change my statement date and how often I get them?

Yes. It’s important you’re happy with how often you receive statements from us. You can change your preferences any time in the Barclays app, Online Banking, over the phone or at a branch.

You can receive your statements weekly, monthly, quarterly, every six months or annually.

  • The app

    Log in to your app and select ‘More’ at the bottom right of the home screen.

    Under the ‘Manage accounts’ section, select ‘Statement and letter preferences’.

    You can choose how often you want to receive your statements for each of your accounts listed.

  • Online banking

    1.       Log in to Online Banking

    2.      Select ‘Profile’, then ‘Statement and document preferences’ under ‘Communication preferences’

    3.      Choose how often you want to receive statements for each of your accounts.

  • By phone

    If you’re registered for Telephone Banking, you can switch off your paper statements over the phone.

  • Branch

    Visit your local branch with ID and they’ll switch off your paper statements for you.
