Who can make a video call?
Anyone can make a video call about mortgages from Barclays.co.uk. If you bank with us and use Barclays Mobile Banking, you can call from the app for account services once you’ve downloaded and installed the separate Barclays Video Banking app.
You can make a mortgage video call using the following operating systems and browsers:
Mac OSX:
- Firefox 38.3.0 ESR & V4, with the web plug-in
- Safari 6.2.8, 7.1.8. 8.0.8, with the web plug-in
Windows XP/7-10:
- IE 8-11, desktop only with web plug-in
- Chrome 45, with non-NPAPI plug-in and browser extension
