How will the second person (authoriser) know they need to approve a pending Dual Authorisation payment?
The second person (authoriser) must log on securely to Online Banking to check on any pending transactions to be approved. Once they log in they’ll receive a notification and be directed to a ‘Payment authorisation’ screen.
