How can I set up Dual Authorisation?
First, you need to be registered for Online Banking with PINsentry. If you’re not already set up, select ‘Register’ at the top of the page and follow the instructions.
If you have a simple signing mandate, you’ll need to update it to a complex signing mandate to be able to use Dual Authorisation. You can do this by calling us on 0333 202 74771
Once you have Online Banking and a complex signing mandate, you can set up Dual Authorisation by calling us on 0345 605 2345 – lines are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm.
