I've forgotten my Barclaycard online username or ID number
If you've forgotten your username or ID number, you can log in with your 16-digit card number instead. You'll then be able to enter your passcode and memorable word as normal. You can find your card number on your statements, if you don’t have your card with you.
Once you're logged in, you can change your log-in details by selecting 'Secure log-in details' under 'Your details' in the top menu.
