Using contactless on your debit card
You can make contactless payments with your debit card as soon as you get it, but you’ll need to use your PIN for the first payment.
You can turn off contactless payments or change the limit in the Barclays app.
You can use contactless on any of these cards:
- Barclays debit card
- Barclays Platinum debit card
- Barclays Premier debit card
- Business debit card
- Connect Electronic card.
