How to change or turn off your debit card contactless limit
You can do this in the Barclays app. You’ll need to register if you don’t already have it.
You need to be 11 or over to use the app. T&Cs apply.
How to change your contactless debit card payment limit in the Barclays app
- Select ‘Your cards’
- Choose your debit card
- Select ‘Contactless limit’ under ‘Spending controls’
- Choose a limit between £5 and £100
- Select ‘Save’.
How to turn off your contactless debit card payment limit in the Barclays app
- Select ‘Your cards’
- Choose your debit card
- Select ‘Contactless limit’ under ‘Spending controls’
- Turn ‘Contactless payments’ off
- Select ‘Save’.
