Replacing a damaged debit card
1. Select ‘Cards’ on your app homepage, or follow the link below.
2. Choose the card that needs replacing.
3. Select ‘Report damaged, lost or stolen’.
4. Select ‘My card is damaged’, enter a few details, then follow the instructions.
You’ll usually get your new card within seven working days if you’re in the UK. It might take longer if we need to send it to you abroad. Your current card stays active for 28 days, or until you use your new one. When you receive your replacement card, sign the back of it immediately and destroy your old card.
