Where do I find my mortgage offer letter?
In your Barclays app
Select ‘More’ at the bottom of your home page, then ‘Statements and documents’, then ‘Documents’. Scroll down to see your ‘Mortgage offer’.
In Online Banking
Log in and choose your mortgage from the list of accounts on your home page. Select ‘Mortgage management’, then ‘More’ and ‘Statements and documents’. Search for ‘Mortgage offer’ and open the mortgage offer you accepted.

Can’t see your offer letter?
If you can’t see your letter in the app or in Online Banking, give us a call on 0333 202 7580. We’re here Monday to Friday from 7am to 8pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 7am to 5pm*.
