When can I switch my mortgage rate?
You can apply to switch your mortgage rate at any time, but you might have to pay an early repayment charge.
Not all mortgages have an early repayment charge.
You won’t pay any early repayment charge if you’re switching from a tracker to a fixed-rate mortgage with us.
If you’re in the last 90 days of an early repayment charge period, you can switch without paying, but your current rate won’t change until after those 90 days are up.
You can still switch now if you’ve got more than 90 days of your early repayment charge period left, but you’ll need to pay the charge.
Have a look at our mortgage support hub for the latest details on rate changes, including how to switch.
