Can’t see the form to update your business details?
Updating your business details should be as simple as going to the top of your Online Banking homepage and selecting the text that says something similar to ‘Update your details’, depending on what information we need from you.
However, we know things don’t always go smoothly when technology is involved. This page will show you how to fix the common issues that may stop you from seeing our forms.

Sometimes, fixing the issue is as easy as changing your browser.
Try logging in to Online Banking with a different browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari) and see if that solves the problem.
Is your browser blocking pop-ups?
Most modern browsers have pop-up blockers built in. This is great for security, but they can sometimes get in the way of legitimate processes.
Many of our information updates, loan applications, and other online forms open in a new tab. Your browser may mistake them for malicious software and block them.
If nothing happens when you select the link, temporarily turning your pop-up blocker off should fix this.
Here are some tips on disabling your pop-up blocker in each browser.
-
- Open Firefox
- Select the three horizontal lines in the top right corner of your screen, next to the address bar
- Select ‘Settings’ > ‘Privacy & Security’ > ‘Permissions’
- Here, you’ll find options to always allow pop-ups or allow them only on specific sites.
Firefox also alerts you with a message at the top of the screen and an icon in the address bar when a pop-up is being blocked.
Select the icon or the ‘Options’ button on the message at the top of your screen when visiting the Barclays site to temporarily allow our pop-ups.
-
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Select the three horizontal dots in the top right corner of your screen, next to the address bar
- Select ‘Settings’ > ‘Cookies and site permissions’ > ‘Pop-ups and redirects’
- Here, you’ll see options to allow all pop-ups or give certain sites permission to use them.
-
- Open Safari and go to the Barclays website
- Move your cursor to the top left corner of your screen, then select ‘Safari’ when the toolbar appears
- Select ‘Preferences’ > ‘Websites’
- Scroll to the bottom of the list at the left side of the window and select ‘Pop-up Windows’
- You’ll see a list of your currently open websites, select the ‘Block and Notify’ button next to barclays.co.uk and change it to ‘Allow’.
You can also turn pop-ups on for all websites using the ‘When visiting other websites:’ button.
