I can't see one of my accounts in Online Banking. Where can I find it?
You can view all your Barclays accounts in Online Banking, except your Barclaycard account and accounts bought through our partners – which sit on different secure sites. View your Barclaycard account on the Barclaycard website.
Most new Barclays accounts you open will automatically be added to Online Banking. If you can't see one of them, please call the Online Banking Helpdesk on 0345 600 2323*+ (outside the UK dial +44 247 684 2063*+) and we'll look into it for you.
