Saving your Online Banking log-in details

To securely save your Online Banking log-in details on your computer, you’ll need to enable your browser cookies first.

If you haven’t enabled them yet:

  1. Go to your Online Banking log-in page
  2. Select ‘See our cookies policy’
  3. Go to your preferences and accept browser cookies
  4. Enter your log-in details, then tick ‘Remember my last name and log-in method (optional)’. This will save your details and you won’t have to enter them next time

If you have a business profile or manage multiple accounts, Select ‘Switch user’ on your log-in page to log in to these other accounts.

If you’ve already saved your details but no longer want us to remember them, please select the ‘Forget my details’ link at the top of your log-in page.

If you’ve saved your details but can’t see them, it might be because:

  • You’ve set your browser to delete cookies when you close it, or you’ve been browsing in private mode
  • You’ve deleted the stored cookies on your computer. If you have, you’ll need to enter your details again and save them by following the steps above
  • You’ve used a different computer to log in. Your details are saved to the computer you’re using, so you’ll need to use the same one each time, or resave your details on each of your devices.
