Why does my cancelled Direct Debit still show as a predicted payment in Calendar in my Barclays app?
Calendar shows when your bills and regular payments are due.
To see Calendar
- Log in to your app
- Tap ‘Pay and transfer’
- Tap ‘Manage your payments’
- Tap ‘Calendar’
Dates when payments are due to leave your account are marked with a dot. Tap the dot to see who you’ll be paying and how much the payment is expected to be.
Calendar uses your previous three payments to predict your next payment. The payment amount is only an estimate and might not be accurate. It’ll keep showing a Direct Debit until it detects a cancelled payment. After this, Calendar will no longer show your payment.
