Struggling to make payments for my Barclaycard
If you’re worried about making payments or have missed a payment, we’re here to help. Please let us know as soon as you can, so we can look into the best ways to support you.
If you’ve missed a payment, but have the funds ready, you can make a payment using the Barclays app or call us by going to ‘Help’ on your app home page.
Ways we can help
Talking to us about your money worries won’t affect your eligibility to borrow from us in the future.
You can explore our money worries page to see what we can do to support you. To do this, select ‘Help’ on the app home page, then ‘Money worries and support.’
Message us
Select ‘Help’ from your app home page, then ‘Send us a message.’ If our Digital Assistant can’t help, we’ll message you back between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Call us
To call us, go to ‘Help’ on your app home page, then ‘Call us.’ We’re here Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm, and from 9am to 9pm on Saturdays.
