Why can't I see a future-dated payment I set up in Online Banking?
After 6:30pm on the night before your payment is made, you won’t be able to see your future-dated payment in your payment list or on your Online Banking statement.
We therefore recommend that after you’ve set up a future-dated payment, you print the final step of the ‘Pay a Bill’ process (step 4). That way you’ll always have a record of the payments you’ve made or set up to be paid in the future.
If you try to set up the same payment again, you’ll see a message warning you that this may be a duplicate.
