A payment hasn’t arrived
Different payments take different amounts of time to be processed and appear in your account.
Payments from a personal bank account usually appear within two hours. However, BACs payments (like salary payments) might take up to three working days.
If a payment is taking longer, check with the person or company that sent it, and make sure that the details they used were correct. If they entered them incorrectly, they can ask their bank to try to recover the payment.
If the details were correct, you can ask the sender to get in touch with their bank.
