• Name on the account – this should be the same as in our letter. If it isn’t, tell us why it’s changed in the form

Your bank statement – just the first page, from a statement received within the last three months. It needs to show the bank or building society logo, full account name, sort code and account number

Photo ID – a copy of your current driving licence or passport

Once we’ve checked we have everything we need, we’ll make your payment within 30 days.
