Can I access my money in a Flexible Bond before its term ends?
Yes, you can make up to three withdrawals from your Flexible Bond during its term. Each withdrawal can be up to 10% of your initial deposit.
Normally, you can’t close your Flexible Bond during its term. However, we understand that your circumstances can change from time to time, sometimes for reasons beyond your control.
If your circumstances have changed significantly, perhaps due to illness, a relationship ending or financial difficulties, you may be able to access the money in your Flexible Bond. You can ask us about this from the ‘Help’ section in our app and Online Banking, or by visiting a branch or Banking Hub. Alternatively, you can call us on 0345 744 5445. We’re here Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm*.
