What happens if I have a Corporate Action against unlisted assets in my account?
If there is a voluntary Corporate Action event on an unlisted stock that you hold in your Smart Investor account, we will notify you of the event and any options available to you.
If you take no action on the event by the deadline stated by us, we will arrange to submit an appropriate response on your behalf. This could mean accepting any cash offer for your shares on your behalf.
You can view Corporate Actions on your account via the Manage Account tab and selecting Corporate Actions. You will be able to view active and historical Corporate Action events on your holdings.
An unlisted asset on your account can be identified by the delisting marker which will appear next to the asset.
