How to work out

Step 1

 

Decide what you will cut out – consider making your own smoothies instead of buying them, for example. Commit to saving the money you’d usually spend.

 

Step 2

 

Transfer this amount to a safe place every time you resist temptation. Keep the card where you can see it, like on the fridge, as a daily reminder. 

 

 

Step 3

 

Scratch off a jewel every time you save money to track your progress.
