*BEBR means the Bank of England Base Rate, which is currently 4.50% (effective 06 February 2025).
Representative example:
A capital and interest mortgage of £198,000 payable over 300 months on a fixed rate of 4.24% for 2 years and then our variable tracker rate of 1.99% above the Bank of England Base Rate (currently 4.50%), for the remaining term would require 24 monthly payments of £1,071.53 and 276 monthly payments of £1,317.99.
The total amount payable would be £390,485.96 made up of the loan amount plus interest and £899 (product fee), £80 (final repayment charge), £25 (completion fee).
The overall cost for comparison is 6.3% APRC representative.

Our mortgage overpayment allowance has increased from 10% to 25% per year. This only applies to new fixed-rate Premier-exclusive mortgages and remortgage rates. It doesn’t apply when you switch to a new rate with us after the initial term. Our tracker mortgages already have a 25% overpayment allowance.
